Refund policy

Due to the very personal nature of the products, we are unable to offer a goodwill returns service.  However, an item may be returned if you have received it from us damaged. In this case, please send an image of the damaged crystal to astrostassia@gmail.com.

Then please return the crystal and package to us using the original packaging accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and we will offer you an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Please note that you remain responsible for returns postage.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
