Returns Policy

Due to the very personal nature of the products, we are unable to offer a goodwill returns service.  However, an item may be returned if you have received it from us damaged. In this case, please send an image of the damaged crystal to astrostassia@gmail.com.

Then please return the package to us using the original packaging accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and we will offer you an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Please note that you remain responsible for returns postage.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Astro Stassia does not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information of children under 16 years of age.
