Genuine Citrine is hard to come by as heat treated Amethyst is a cheaper replica and is widely sold as Citrine. Genuine natural Citrine is identifiable by its pale yellow to smoky colouring and translucent points.

Then please return the package to us using the original packaging accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and we will offer you an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Please note that you remain responsible for returns postage.
